Fernwood Manor will welcome your Fido or Fluffy, as long as they are well-behaved members of our community. We welcome up to two pets per household.

• Pet deposit - $300 per pet, $150 is refundable.
• Adult pets under 50 lbs.
• All pets are subject to an "interview" and management approval.

*Deposits and restrictions on type of pets do not apply to assistive animals.
